It's been a while since I last updated things here (I've been busy working on weirdfind.org), but I finally spent a month building a dashboard for this site. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out! It should make deployments and approving new link submissions a lot easier :)

weirdnet is a HUMAN-EDITED map of the weird / small web — places you don't find through algorithmic feeds.

NO DASHBOARDS. NO GROWTH HACKS.

We try to preserve the memory of the old internet and the people who helped build it — the dreamers, the tinkerers, the ones who put books and art and weird ideas online before “content” was a business. This place is a small tribute to that spirit: human-curated, stubbornly low-tech, and here for whoever still cares.

HEADS UP: some of these sites are dead, half-dead, abandoned, or haunted. Everything here was picked by hand, by a human, with a mouse — no crawler, no algorithm, no quality assurance department. If a link rots, that's just the web breathing. We are not even slightly sorry.
